Hi, I'm Kate!
Founder, Creative Director, and Proud Mama.
After working in the Graphic Design and Marketing industry since 2013, I decided to follow my dream of building something of my own.
In January 2023, just after becoming a mom, I launched Kate Auchenbach Design LLC. What started as a one-woman show has since grown into a boutique creative agency powered by passion, purpose, and a powerhouse team of women.

Marketing Coordinator and Designer
Paulina Barrera
Paulina assists with Marketing, Graphic Design and Social Media Coordination. She enjoys learning new ways to expand her skills and add to her repertoire. She is passionate about innovative design and is always growing.
She is excited to work with KA Design to refresh brands and enhance clients' social media presence.
When not working, Paulina spends time with her husband and daughter. They love to go out on fun outings together.

Michelle Glasson
Michelle, is a passionate and creative designer from Mexico with a background in Graphic and Digital Design. Art has always been at the heart of who she is, and she finds constant inspiration in animals, cinema, and photography. She believes in the power of storytelling through visuals and sees design as a way to connect, move, and inspire people.
At KA Design, She specializes in editing and creating reels, as well as designing posts for social media. She loves being able to tell visual stories that connect with audiences and bring each brand’s identity to life. What she values most is the creative freedom to explore ideas and the open, collaborative communication within the team. She said it's incredibly fulfilling to be part of a group of talented women, where each project becomes an opportunity to grow and deliver meaningful, high-impact results.
Marketing & Operations Manager
Jaella Kreh
After gaining extensive experience in administrative management and process efficiency, I found the perfect opportunity to utilize those skills at Kate Auchenbach Design LLC. My goal is to ensure the agency's internal functions are as strategic and flawless as the design work we deliver.
As the Marketing & Operations Manager, I specialize in operational excellence. I serve as a dedicated Project Manager, overseeing all deadlines and ensuring every client deliverable remains on schedule. My primary focus is on automations and streamlining operations across the firm. By optimizing backend processes, I ensure the KA Design team can focus its energy on creative output, leading to greater productivity and clarity.
I am committed to supporting the team by ensuring we operate seamlessly, allowing us to serve our clients with timely, organized, and beautiful results.
When I'm not focused on optimizing workflows, I enjoy spending time with my family— reading or playing with my three boys, husband, and dogs.
