Hi, I'm Kate!
Founder, Creative Director, and Proud Mama.
After working in the Graphic Design and Marketing industry since 2013, I decided to follow my dream of building something of my own.
In January 2023, just after becoming a mom, I launched Kate Auchenbach Design LLC. What started as a one-woman show has since grown into a boutique creative agency powered by passion, purpose, and a powerhouse team of women.

Marketing Coordinator and Designer
Paulina Barrera
Paulina assists with Marketing, Graphic Design, and Social Media Coordination. She has been part of the team for over two and a half years and finds fulfillment in working closely with clients and helping bring their ideas to life.
She enjoys learning new ways to expand her skills and add to her creative repertoire. Paulina is always looking for new ideas, techniques, and opportunities to grow.
When not working, Paulina enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. They love going on fun outings, making memories, and exploring new places together.
Social Media Content Creator
Leah Chirico
Leah handles all things social media at KA Design, from short-form videos to content calendars. She has brought a new light, ideas, and excellent editing skills to our clients’ content. She enjoys working with small businesses and seeing their growth.
Outside of work, Leah loves to hike and hang out with her cat, Mouse.
Marketing & Operations Manager
Jaella Kreh
After gaining extensive experience in administrative management and process efficiency, I found the perfect opportunity to utilize those skills at Kate Auchenbach Design LLC. My goal is to ensure the agency's internal functions are as strategic and flawless as the design work we deliver.
As the Marketing & Operations Manager, I specialize in operational excellence. I serve as a dedicated Project Manager, overseeing all deadlines and ensuring every client deliverable remains on schedule. My primary focus is on automations and streamlining operations across the firm. By optimizing backend processes, I ensure the KA Design team can focus its energy on creative output, leading to greater productivity and clarity.
When I'm not focused on optimizing workflows, I enjoy spending time with my family— reading or playing with my three boys, husband, and dogs.

Ryan Parker
Ryan is a designer and developer with over a decade of experience creating thoughtful, user-focused websites. He specializes in WordPress, combining visual design, UX, and front-end development to build websites that are both engaging and easy to use.
